Advance LQ Series Agricultural Gearbox mainly include LQ40/LQ45 gearbox, LQ60 gearbox, LQ68 gearbox, LQ70 gearbox, LQ85 gearbox, LQ95 gearbox and other series. Mainly suitable for walking systems of rice, wheat, and rapeseed harvesting machinery. It has high, medium and low gears and steering clutch and brake functions. It can be matched with HST with corresponding transmission capacity to form a continuously variable speed combine harvester. This power unit is suitable for full feed harvesters.
The LQ series Agricultural gearbox has a rated output torque range of 75-120 Nm, a maximum output speed range of 2800-3000 r/min, a maximum cutting width of 2.3 m, and a full load of 2.8 T or 3.5 T. Matching HST displacement is 28L/35L. The input gear ratio decreases in proportion to the transmission ratio. LQ40/LQ45 gearbox, LQ60 gearbox, LQ68 gearbox, LQ70 gearbox, LQ85 gearbox, and LQ95 gearbox are suitable for full-feed combine harvesters.
