Advance YJ305 Hydraulic Torque Converter
The YJ305 hydraulic torque converter is a single-stage, single-phase centrifugal turbine hydraulic torque converter with an effective cycle diameter of 305mm, used in conjunction with the DBA170, ensuring efficient and stable power transmission.
The zero-speed working condition torque converter coefficient is 2.31, the nominal torque at zero-speed working condition is 100N·m, and the maximum efficiency is 0.86. The ratio between the working pump and the transmission pump is i = -0.952, providing suitable power support for the 52-ton rock drilling rig.
The input type is designed to directly connect to the flywheel housing, and the output type is a flange single output, making it easy to match and install with the drilling rig’s engine and other transmission components, improving the product’s versatility and ease of installation.
Used in conjunction with the DBA170 in 52-ton rock drilling rigs, it provides a stable and reliable power transmission solution for these machines, meeting the operational requirements in harsh environments such as mining.
