NX170 power shift gearbox and R410 wheel reducer are mainly used for the front axle power transmission of six-row cotton harvesters. The NX170 power shift gearbox adopts parallel shaft (moving shaft) transmission structure. All transmission gears are supported by rolling bearings. The gears are in constant mesh transmission. A proportional valve is used to control the multi-plate friction clutch, which can operate under load. (without cutting off power) engages and disengages to realize the power shifting function. The R410 wheel reducer adopts parallel shaft transmission and column helical gear structure, which greatly reduces gearbox noise while meeting structural needs and ensuring strength.
