Advance YD-series Hydraulic Transmission

YD-series hydraulic transmission is designed on the technical platform of WG-series. It is a fixed-shaft multi-speed hydraulic transmission, combining speed and torque variable as integral and optional electrical- or mechanical-hydraulic control. It may match constructional vehicles such as grader, loader, tractor, scraper, rotary driller and forklift etc.
The hydraulic system consists of five parts: power el ement (oilpump)，actuator (oil cylinder or hydraulic motor)，control element (various valve), auxil iary el ement and working medium.The maximum input power is 190kw, the maximum speed is 2600r/min, and the gear can be shifted using electric or mechanical hydraulic control. A variety of input methods can be directly connected to the flywheel housing or the flange and the universal joint can be connected mechanically. The output mode is flange.
